Typical Student Profiles for those interested in any future openings

Graduate Student Profiles:

Minimum GPA: 3.5 (UG), 3.7 (Graduate)

  • Background in Fluid Mechanics (must have taken few upper level courses in fluids)
  • Student must have a working knowledge of C++, Fortran, Matlab, Python and should be willing to work at a fast pace to meet deadlines. Students will be paid a stipend, tuition fees as well as health insurance benefits. If you are interested, please email your resume to Dr. Banerjee. Students interested in PhD program are encouraged to apply and may consist of: (a) students who already have a MS/M.Eng. degree , OR, (b) an exceptional BS record who wants to go for a direct PhD route.
  • Students seeking MS degrees may apply - however such a position does NOT pay any of the benefits stated aboveA link to the Lehigh Graduate application website can be found here.

Undergraduate Student Profiles:

  • Minimum GPA: 3.75
  • Background in Mechanical Engineering—should have completed ME231—Fluid Mechanics or equivalent with a grade of B+ or higher (preferred).
  • Available to work at least 10 hours a week
  • At present, we are looking to fill 1 position. If you are interested, please email your resume to Dr. Banerjee
  • We DO NOT have funds for international UG students seeking summer internship in the group.
